Come to our class on the Eucharist with the Very Rev. Canon Dr. Gary Hall on Nov. 23rd in the Lab at 9 a.m.: Thanksgiving and the Great Thanksgiving: As we come to celebrate the yearly harvest holiday of Thanksgiving, we Christians do so in the long history of our own festival of thanks, the Holy Eucharist. In this session, Dr. Gary Hall will explore the way Christians and Jews have grounded their response to God in the action of giving thanks and how our gratitude finds expression in our weekly practice of gathering at the altar.
