Habitat for Humanity housing project at St. Michael’s in Anaheim

We’re ‘doing good’ with Habitat of Humanity at St. Michael’s in Anaheim

St. James is currently assisting our sister congregation of St. Michael’s in  Anaheim in a 23 townhome affordable housing project. This multi-family residential endeavor is targeting a completion date of June, 2026. Comprising 23 two-story town-homes across five layouts, homes will be individually purchased under a 99-year ground lease from the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles. Each unit is envisioned to offer from 1,090 to 1,200 square feet, 2–3 bedrooms, and 2–3 bathrooms, along with a two-car direct access garage or dedicated carport, all within a maximum height of 28 feet. We are in the conceptual design review stage with the city of Anaheim. Projected completion of the project June 2026. Rev. Cindy, on behalf of St. James, is the owner’s representative  for the project.
